- After the hearing the judge showed the assistant the gesture of knocking her forehead, mocking the Polish mother Wiloeta Wrzosek, who's fighting to save the life of her 12 year old son who's held in Italy! The assistant laughed in a mocking manner. Due to these circumstances, niether of them has a moral right to further carry this hard and dramatic case - says Robert Rewiński, Editor in Chief of Patriot24.net who immediately filed a formal complaint to the President of the Court in Treviso, Dott. Aurelio Gatto and now notifies the Ministries of both countries!

- This scandalous event happened today, when I was recording Wioleta Wrzosek's story about the nightmare of the trial that she just left around noon at Tribunale di Gustizia in Treviso, room 506. She was telling me about the judge Daniela Ronsani and how irritated she was by the Polish Consulate's intervention. She also said the judge was upset by a news reporter from Poland, from Patriot24.net, who wanted to enter the courtroom - reports Robert Rewiński

The Polish mother recounted that considering the oficially described suicide tendencies of her 12 year old son, kidnapped 2,5 year ago from Poland to Italy by his father, the social workers demanded the child be returned to the mother as soon as possible - relates Rewiński.

- At one point during the interview, the door to judge Daniela Ronzani's room opened and, seeing the Pole talking about her drama to the camera, she started laughing and with a wide gesture of her right hand, she knoecked on her forehead, smiling at her young assistant Frederico. The assistant started laughing as well. Both ridiculed the Polish mother who wanted to save her child! - says Rewiński.

- When I told him, he immediately turned red in the face. He didn't deny anything and hid in the judge's office, which we caught on the camera - says Robert Rewiński.

The Editor in Chief of Patriot24.net immediately went to meet the President of the Court in Treviso, Presidente Dott. Aurelio Gatto. After a big commotion it turned out Presidente won't see our reporter due to the ongoing scandal. The secretary asked for the event to be described and in this form filed to the President of the Court.

When we finished writing the complaint (attached) and notified the secretary that the case would also be reported to both Polish Embassy in Rome and Italian Embassy in Warsaw, as well as the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of both countries, even more of a commotion ensued. Judge Daniela Ronzani, upset, appeared in the hallway and quickly walked into the office of Presidente Tribunale Dott. Aurelio Gatto - reports Rewiński.

- I want to assure you, that the scandal will be reported to the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of both countries, asking to relate to the Polish woman's tragedy - adds Editor in Chief.

In our letter we also demand the answer whether Presidente Dott. Aurelio Gatto will allow judge Daniela Ronzani further conduct this case, dangerous to the Polish child. And why she considered Wioleta Wrzosek a person with mental issues, since according to the RG 7600/2014 case there's no proof for the mother ever needing psychological or psychiatric help!

- The judge, knowing full and well that the only help the 12 year old boy needs is being returned to his loving, Polish mother, recommended the boy being sent to a neuropsychiatrist! She overruled every motion favorable to the Polish mother. The motions were applied by three social workers who were present at the hearing. So now, after the scandalous behavior of the judge and her assistant, I expect a clear statement from Presidente Aurelio Gatto what consequences will be drawn for the judge and her assistant Frederico - says Robert Rewiński.
