A 30-year-old citizen of Latvia asked our editorial office for help in the violation of her human rights. From November 2018 she did not see her 5-year-old son. Although she has a valid court decision in Swiss Lugano, granting her regular contacts with her son! The media in Latvia and Switzerland have already publicized the matter on the first pages of their newspapers.

As a result of the conflict between the parents, the Court decided under the Hague Convention that the child would stay in Switzerland with his father. And not live with my mother in Latvia.

But the court granted his mother the right to regular contact at the St. Elisabeth's Center in Swiss Lugano. And additionally the right to daily contact by phone and Skype.

However, the hateful father, since November 2018, did not realize what the court had done. In disregarding the decisions of the Court he has strong support for his parents. Is it because they want to personally raise this 5-year-old? Disregarding the pain and suffering of the mother whose child is unlawfully detained?

We went with the mother of the child to the Center. Saint Elizabeth, to ask why they do not comply with the decisions of the Court? Very professionally prepared employees of this institution stated that they are ready at any time to make their room available for a mother-child meeting. Because of course, they have in their carefully ordered documentation the decision of the Lugano Court.

- We are just waiting for information from the ARP Children's Social Services Office when the child's father brings him to meet his mummy? But we have not received this information so far - it has been handed over to the highly-prepared employee of the St. Elisabeth's institution.

- We received information from ARP that they are waiting for a psychological opinion. Because psychologist Maria Adele Galante Vadilonga is to prepare the child for contact with her mother after so many months of separation - we have heard in this center.

On 9 May 2019, we went to the ARP building (Autorita Regionale di Protezione n.2) in Ligornetto, south of Lugano. And then the scandal broke out. Because the psychologist Maria Adele Galante Vadilonga commissioned in mid-March, preparatory analysis of the child for contact with the mother turned out to be unavailable! She was supposed to be ready within a month. And after almost two months, nobody at ARP knew why it was not in the case!

- This father is a man or a baby? With 27 years and a 5-year-old son, he walks with his parents everywhere? Is he supposed to raise a 5-year-old or his parents? Meanwhile, on Thursday, May 16, 2019 in the morning, an amazing thing happened! Suddenly a report prepared by the psychologist Maria Adele Galante Vadilonga came to ARP! Provided with the ARP stamp of acceptance on April 4, 2019!

- Naturally, the question arises: Does the ARP, paid for by taxes of all Swiss people, have such a mess in the papers that for 1.5 months, public salary officials are not able to find a document so important for a longing child? Well, unless this 2-page scrap of scandalous, pseudo-psychological manipulations was provided now? And only the stamp has been backdated ?! - Robert Rewiński alarms.

When we read what the psychologist Maria Adele Galante Vadilonga prepared, it was another shock for us. Because the scale of unprofessionalism on such an important matter of the child is paralyzing! (we attach the document to this text).

Let us remind you that two weeks ago in Poland, our editorial office was a witness of picking up a father who was similarly manipulated! Coming to psychological research, he told his 6-year-old daughter to want to be with him and not with her mother. However, a very professional and reasonable psychologist from the town of Hrubieszów, seeing such a powerful and primitive manipulation, took the child away from her father on the same day and handed it over to her mother.
